Two decades at the highest level
I am a UEFA A Licence Football coach with more than two decades of experience across elite women's international football, the Women's Super League (WSL), and the professional men's game. I now work internationally with players, families and institutions worldwide.
My career includes coaching the England Women's U-23s, and head coach at both Sunderland and Middlesbrough Women.
I was a scout for the England Women's Senior Team and the girls and women's pathway from U-17 to U-23. I also worked at Newcastle United and for the English Football Association as a coach mentor.

My aim is to help players improve by focusing on the development areas that matter most, helping them continue their football journey and become the best version of themselves.
Having spent many years leading teams, I believe that real improvement starts with the individual. Providing honest, focused and constructive feedback is critical to this, not simply focusing on strengths. Every assessment I deliver reflects that principle.
